Puts HTTP Basic auth (user admin) on every config and control route, and becomes the OTA password. Read-only status routes stay open so dashboards keep polling.

There is no USB serial console while RS-485 is running — this replaces it. It costs 3.8 KB of RAM, which is why it stays.
Maintenance
Clearing statistics resets the error counters and the per-block tallies. It does not touch the poll map or any setting.
