A firmware update keeps the stored map on purpose, so a commissioned unit does not lose its configuration. Clear it when you are starting a different machine.
Add / edit a block
Addresses are 0-based protocol addresses — holding register 40001 is address 0. Many vendor manuals are 1-based. The Address reference page has the Haiwell and Delta maps.
Read / write test

Works on the image the SCADA sees, through exactly the path a SCADA request takes. Only blocks marked writable will accept a write. To talk to a raw slave address instead, use the send/receive test on the RS485 page.
